Hey, I'm Abby! I was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. I grew up going to Kansas City, Missouri during the summer to visit my mother's side of the family. Missouri has always been a place I have loved going to because it felt like a breath of fresh air. I enjoyed the greenery and having time with my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

In junior high, I started thinking about where I wanted to go in the future, what career path did I want to go on? At that time I began looking into film, photography, journalism. In my freshman year of high school, I took a digital photography class and fell in love with taking my own photos and editing work I had done, I have continued to take digital photos and now, as a junior, I am an AP photo student and am planning on going to the Kansas City Art Institute for photography and journalism.
